What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, property name, city and country, the PMS you use today, the features you are interested in, and campaign UTMs from the link you used (`utm_source`, `utm_medium`, `utm_campaign`, `utm_content`, `utm_term`). We use this to contact founding partners and to see which ads and features matter. The site also sends anonymous events (clicks, form start/submit, UTMs) to Google Analytics. We do not send your name, email, or phone to analytics.
Where it is stored
Your email is stored with Clerk so we can manage the waitlist. The full form row is stored in Google Sheets used by the Kwaaba team. We do not sell this data.
